Yay! A new (easy) soup!

I used the last bit of my garden basil that hadn't been turned into frosty, fall crispness to make this soup. Torn from the pages of Fitness magazine, it boasted quickness, great taste and health - and it didn't disappoint on any! It literally took me under twenty minutes to prepare it, and everyone in my family ate their whole bowl (some even asked for seconds.) This one is definitely going into my regular rotation.
