I finally figured out what to do with that random tin of sardines sitting in my pantry. I just substituted them for the anchovies in this recipe in Everyday Food. It was delish.
Plus, this was the dish the children are asked to make in Lemony Snicket's Series of Unfortunate Events (book 1.) That enticed my kids to want to try it. Success!
