Artisan bread

I was inspired by my Etsy Metal team mate, Ashley, to make some bread from scratch. I'm not a huge bread eater (and if I do eat it, it's never with butter.) But the boys all love it, and I'm feeling the need to bury myself in my domestic roots.

I used the same recipe Ashley used, from here, and my first loaf turned out perfect. My second loaf turned out not as well because I forgot the steam bath. Oh well, I'm trying again tonight, so hopefully I'll remember all the steps. I'd love to get this one memorized.
