A Different Kind of Christmas

My grandparents were in a car accident last night on the way to visit us for Christmas. Grandpa is fine but Grandma broke her leg and was transported last night in an ambulance from Kentucky to Vanderbilt hospital. The man who stopped to help them said that if you saw their car, you would be amazed that they are still alive. Needless to say, this will probably be my last blog for a couple days. Praise God that we will be spending Christmas in a hospital rather than a funeral home, and pray that my grandma(82) will have a speedy recovery and that we will all be sensitive to her needs over Christmas.

Wow, how scary! I'm so glad they are both going to be O.K. and that y'all will be together for Christmas (they could have taken her to a hospital in Kentucky right?) Merry Christmas to all!
